The service is available to existing customers. If you are the bank’s customer, apply for the service in person during the bank’s working hours.
Choose the deposit box size and the rent term.
Upon entering into an agreement, make payment by a transfer or in cash for the selected period.
When visiting the individual deposit box, the customer must produce their personal identification document, whereas the customer’s authorised person must produce a valid power of attorney and personal identification document.
Deposit boxes have the following sizes (height x width x depth; cm):

The customer pays the commission fee to the bank in the amount determined in the Price List for the entire term of rent. The commission fee is deducted from the customer’s account.
The rent term can be one month, three months, six months or one year.
