- If the Data Subject believes that the Bank has violated its rights in respect of Processing of Personal Data, the Data Subject shall be entitled to lodge a complaint with the personal data monitoring authority. A personal data monitoring authority in the Republic of Latvia is the Data State Inspectorate, address: 11/13 - 15 Blaumana St., Riga, LV-1011.
- The Bank shall have the right at any time unilaterally make amendments to the Data Processing Guidelines, informing the Data Subject thereof not later than 10 (ten) banking days in advance. The Bank shall inform the Data Subject about the amendments by placing information in the Bank premises and on the Bank’s home page, or by sending information to the Data Subject electronically via Remote Communication Devices.
