The Bank processes Personal Data strictly subject to the existence of legal basis thereof. The following legal reasons for the Processing of Personal Data are possible:
an obligation to process Personal Data of the Data Subject results from the requirements of the normative acts binding for the Bank (fulfilment of legal obligations);
the Processing of Personal Data is required for the provision of banking services, as well as for contractual relationship establishment and implementation;
the Bank has received the Consent of the Data Subject;
the Processing of Personal Data is required for the protection of rights and interests of general safety, society, Third Party, the Bank or the Data Subject;
the Processing of Personal Data is necessary for observing the legitimate interests of the Bank or a Third Party.
